Blue Cathedral

When I painted this, I was in a flow of wonder, movement, I felt rushes like the ocean, but also the soothing calm of a blue sky, I was, as you see well, hot AND cold, sad AND happy, looking for peace, but also needing lushiousness. There was a sort of transe, hypnotic and spiritual, like the smell of an old cathedral with the insence still in the air and a bouquet of white lillies left on the altar. Innocence, yet hot and longing
 
I created a fragrance, that puts these feelings into a smell, which you can inhale, while looking at the painting. And which I will offer as a gift.
